1. As educated and productive
citizens, students will accept resonsibility for their own decisions and
actions.
2. Students will demonstrate
ethical behavior by complying with standards set by society.
3. Students will be encouraged
to exercise genuine respect, tolerance and acceptance of others.
4. Students will exit Castle
High School with basic technological skills that will enable them to further
pursue educational or vocational endeavors.
5. As a result of a broad-based
curriculum, students will exit Castle High School with the academic skills
necessary to facilitate life-long learning.
6. Students will learn to use
various problem-solving methods as individuals well as in the group setting in
order to adapt to a rapidly changing technological society and be able to make
competent, responsible decisions.
7. Students will understand the
necessity of consistent hard work for their future success and happiness and
will take pleasure in developing a good work ethic.
8. Students will demonstrate a
knowledge of differences in culture, religion, race and gender that will enable
them to function well in an ever-changing environment.
9. Students will develop both
written and oral communication skills that will allow them to be successful.
